Day One!Ok so before you start reading the story chapter, you should know a thing or two.
Firstly, if you see Bold used it is for yelling. If you see an Underline that is for emphasis, that word has some extra punch behind it. =P And if you see Italics It is for a persons thoughts, or for text, which if the person is reading to himself then it could be considered thought. =P
If in later chapters you see something other then these three things, and are not quite sure what it means, come back here and it will have been added to this list. ether here or in the description.

Hey, since you're interested in that MMO anime, I think you would like this book I've read. It's called "Epic" by Conor Kostick.
It's a sci-fi book that centers around an enormous MMO which is a way of life for everyone. Success in the MMO is the only way to succeed in real life.
I personally loved this book, thought you might, too.

Not quite like the Hunger Games. For the most part, people's lives aren't in real danger. But it's pretty cool.

I was going by the "If you lose your life both in and out of the game is worth nothing"
Sure they don't kill them, but it's the same kind of mind set as the hunger games.
